CAGRD's Annual Report to ADWR

According to state law (A.R.S. Section 48-3775), the CAGRD must submit a Conservation District Annual Report to the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) by August 31st of each year. The purpose for the report is to notify ADWR of the CAGRD's replenishment obligations and activities for the previous calendar year. With this information, ADWR can determine if CAGRD is complying with its statutory responsibilities.
